I’ve spent the last decade working closely with leaders of mosdos Torah who carry real fundraising responsibility.

My work is rooted in lived experience. Before coaching, I was directly involved in fundraising for mosdos Torah — facing the same pressures leaders face today: balancing urgent needs, managing multiple responsibilities, and trying to bring order and clarity to work that is often reactive by nature.

Over the years, I’ve worked with more than 175 leaders across a wide range of mosdos, supporting annual, capital, and online fundraising efforts. Collectively, these organizations have raised hundreds of millions of dollars. What matters more than the numbers, though, is the pattern recognition that comes from seeing what consistently works — and what quietly undermines progress.

Alongside my work with leaders, I write regularly about fundraising clarity and structure. The weekly notes reflect questions I see again and again in practice, and the discipline required to lead fundraising sustainably over time.

I live in Ramat Beit Shemesh and work with mosdos across the Jewish world, helping leaders bring focus, structure, and steadiness to one of the most demanding parts of their role.
